Our Costa Rican coffee comes from the famed region of the country known for its production of stellar coffees. Like the Champagne region of France, the Tarrazú region carries 'certificate of origin' status allowing coffees grown there to carry an inherent marker of quality. We've roasted this particular one to a vibrant medium that deepens the citrus notes pairing them with a warm honey finish.
