Medium roasted to preserve some of the beautiful origin characteristics of this coffee, but also to mellow out the acidity so that the bean can shine in a variety of brew methods, our Colombia Tolima is a chocolatey coffee with gentle citrus and shortbread notes that express well in drip as well as espresso.
