Though not often told in stories about Dusty, Ned, and Lucky, legend has it the trio drank this very coffee before getting the courage and determination to take on the infamous El Guapo.

(Or something like that...)

Either way, this is a daily-drinker coffee with impressive clarity in the cup that is primed to help you slay your own metaphorical El Guapo, whatever that may be.

Brewing up supremely balanced as either drip or espresso, this coffee from the Café Sierra Azul co-op in Mexico's El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve located in Chiapas is grown between 1200 and 1900 MASL. These beans are roasted to a medium profile leaving some of the baking spice and citrus origin characteristics to pair with the chocolate that comes out by pushing a little darker than light/medium.
