This is a juicy and sweet single origin from Guatemala. Delicious as a pour over (V60, Chemex, XBloom) but also works well in a batch brew. A very approachable light roast that can be shared with friends or family who may not normally enjoy a cup with more acidity. It's a bright and fun cup to have as a mid-morning treat.
