Our signature single origin, this light roasted, washed Ethiopian is perfect for a pour over, does surprisingly well in a drip brewer (though we recommend an SCA certified brewer for it) and also shines in a French press or Aeropress. Grown in the popular Oromia region of Ethiopia, this heirloom arabica produces the sweet notes that you'd expect from a coffee grown between 1770-2200 MASL. The co-op where this coffee comes from invests in schools, health centers, and clean water projects, helping to ensure that coffee is more than just an export, but a transformative feature of the area for the families that live on and work the land.
